In place of a calculated shipping rate, enjoy free shipping for orders with a subtotal over $199, or $14.95 flat rate shipping for orders with a subtotal of $0.01 to $199.00.* This is listed as the "Standard" shipping method at checkout.

Qualification
This new shipping program is available for orders shipping to the contiguous 48 United States only. Wholesale, international and Express Air orders do not qualify for this program, regardless of where they are being shipped.
Free Shipping Items
Certain items qualify for free shipping, denoted by a "Free Shipping" badge on their images in search results pages, collection pages and their respective product pages, as well as a "This item qualifies for free shipping!*" note on their respective product pages. An order for free shipping item(s) with a subtotal of $0.01 to $199.00 results in free shipping! Orders that contain free shipping item(s) and other non-free shipping item(s) are still subject to all appropriate shipping charges ($14.95 flat rate if the subtotal is $0.01 to $199.00, or any excluded item shipping charges - see below for details). Exclusions
Certain items are excluded from this new shipping program, including oversize and select "Premier" items. These items are marked with an "Additional shipping fee applies to this item" note on their respective product pages. Each excluded item falls into one of four excluded item shipping buckets, each shown below.

Ordering Excluded Items Online
Adding one excluded item to your cart simply adds its associated additional shipping cost to the "Standard" shipping method at checkout. Adding multiple excluded items in the same excluded item bucket does not result in "stacked" shipping charges within that bucket. Example: Three "Bucket 1" items in the same cart results in an additional shipping cost of $25. Adding multiple excluded items in different excluded item buckets results in the stacking of each different bucket's associated shipping cost (but stacking within each individual bucket still does not occur). Example: Adding two "Bucket 1" items and two "Bucket 2" items to the same cart results in an additional shipping cost of $25 + $35 = $60. Please note: Orders with a subtotal of $0.01 to $199.00 containing excluded item(s) and non-excluded item(s) are subject to the normal flat rate $14.95 shipping charge and any appropriate excluded item shipping charges(s).

Shipping Carriers
We ship via major shipping carriers. Please direct any requests for a specific shipping carrier/service to our Sales Team at 1-888-414-4705 or sales@outbacktoys.com. Requests may also be made in the "Order Notes" box at the bottom of the shopping cart. We will do our very best to accommodate such requests but may not be able to accommodate every request. Accommodated requests for a specific shipping carrier/service may incur an additional shipping fee.
Premium Express Shipping Services
UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day Express Air shipping services are available. All Express Air packages are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However, Express Air packages are not guaranteed to leave the same day as ordered. If your Express Air package needs to be shipped the same day as ordered, please call our Sales Team at 1-888-414-4705 Monday-Friday between 8am and 12pm ET to ensure your request is met.
Please note: Express Air packages do not ship or deliver on weekends or national holidays. Please only count business days when considering transit times.
Order Processing
Orders process and ship from our facility within approximately 2-3 business days of being placed, provided all ordered items are in stock. This approximate timeframe is not guaranteed but is generally expected. This timeframe does not apply to any drop-ship items and specialty orders from other manufacturers. Order processing time may be extended during the months of October through December due to increased order volume.
Same Day Processing Upgrade
Orders containing only in-stock items being shipped to the Contiguous 48 United States qualify for a Same Day Processing Upgrade option. This upgrade guarantees your order to be shipped from our facility in Lititz, PA same day via UPS Ground. Orders placed before 2pm EST on an open business day qualify for same day processing. Orders placed after 2pm EST on an open business day or on any day we are closed will leave the next open business day. Normal UPS Ground transit time still applies. The cost for this service is an additional $15.00.
End-of-Week Orders
Orders placed after 12pm ET on a Friday or over the weekend may not begin processing until the beginning of the following week.
